The community is great and I love the spacious townhomes and the attached garages, The property is beautiful and you can tell throughout the property its well taken care of and the staff was great. They are very patient and knowledgeable and made me feel like I can call Villas at Loganville home.

This March makes a year since I’ve been here at Villas at Loganville and it has truly been a pleasure. Mary, Kitra and the office team are phenomenal and strive to ensure that you leave the office satisfied. Talking to them is truly a joy and you can tell they love what they do and this community. Maintenance is quick to respond and personable - im never left waiting months for maintenance requests the way I was at my prior complex. The Villas has gone down hill! Management and maintenance is always changing, and leaving issues unresolved. Instead of management listening to our concerns, and being sympathetic, we’re made to feel like any unresolved problems are our fault. We have emailed all of our grievances, but the most urgent is the a/c has been out for 13 days, during the hottest time of the year.

I loved Villas at Loganville, I was very hesitant at first, but am glad by my decision now for moving in. Everything seems good so far. I loved my kids school. Very quiet, clean, gated appartment.
