    This March makes a year since I’ve been here at Villas at Loganville and it has truly been a pleasure. Mary, Kitra and the office team are phenomenal and strive to ensure that you leave the office satisfied. Talking to them is truly a joy and you can tell they love what they do and this community. Maintenance is quick to respond and personable - im never left waiting months for maintenance requests the way I was at my prior complex. The office and maintenance are always quick to communicate if ...
    something will take longer than planned. The community is quiet and I’ve had so many wonderful conversations with my neighbors. I genuinely look forward to coming home here.

    The Villas has gone down hill! Management and maintenance is always changing, and leaving issues unresolved. Instead of management listening to our concerns, and being sympathetic, we’re made to feel like any unresolved problems are our fault. We have emailed all of our grievances, but the most urgent is the a/c has been out for 13 days, during the hottest time of the year.

    Been here just over a year now. Rents are a little high, but the neighborhood is fairly quiet, clean & family friendly. Amenities are nice and my apartment is a spacious size. Office manager is not the most people friendly or pleasant but the assist manager is a gem and makes it worth it to continue living here. My kids enjoy their schools and friends in the neighborhood.

    It's nice to live here. Not too loud, nor too busy in the back by the townhouses. However, residents are messy and leave trash around the complex or directly in front of garbage dump on the ground.
