    I live with roaches all over this Apt. Actually this whole building has them. They showed us a renovated apt and when we moved in wasn't renovated. A.c didn't work moved in end of July finally had AC fixed in Oct, then heat didn't work until Jan Feb. Roaches everywhere.. management could care less. Compare other places because most places don't have many apts available. Look at the availabilities here, there are so many more because people are starting to read the reviews and even talk to ...
    residents. Not the residents that management might send your way. Not trying to make these Apt look bad, trying to let people know what really is going on. Hopefully you do get a renovated apt because either way you will pay the same rent .. with or with renovation vs run down same rent

  • Do not wait for anything, call repeatedly

    October 10, 2024
    Tried to get an apartment here, did all the necessary paper work and went through their online bit for it, I've even paid them the first months rent and first payment of the deposit after getting off the phone with them however I've been ghosted and lied to after that point, saying that I was given misinformation and that theyll get me an apartment. Its been 3 months since then and they still refuse to give me a refund for the promised apartment.

  • Bait and Switch

    February 21, 2024
    I was told I was approved for a townhouse. They had me pay $250 for a lease addendum and reassured me more than 5 times - on multiples on occasions - that a townhouse would be ready for me on March 1st. I get a text today, 2 weeks before, with a typical bait and switch tactic. Informing me that they don’t have what they already approved me for and reassured me multiple times I’d have wasn’t available and wouldn’t be any time soon. I called them out on the bait and switch. I have attached the ...
    absurd text they sent me with the bait and switch. They refuse to give me any money back and also refuse to give me the district manager’s number - which I now have. Absolutely bull and I cannot believe the audacity.

  • Rip off

    May 30, 2023
    Lived here a few years ago. Washer/dryer started not running the dryer. Took them months to tell me they are waiting on a part. I know a guy so I reached out to see if I could fix it myself. He tells me they don't make that part anymore because it's so old. The serial number from the manufacturer confirmed it was a 20+ year old model. When I moved out they charged me for the unit saying it was "new" and "beyond normal use"... The staff is nice as long as you don't expect them to do their jobs

  • Horrible Apartments

    First off, they don't have laundry on site. They are all closed and broken, and have been for months. Also it's 15 dollars a month pet fee not 10, I know because I have to pay that. The maintenance here is horrible. I went all winter without a heater and my AC doesn't work either. Maintenance doesn't care and neither does the office.

  • Bad maintenance

    As nice as management is. I cant get anything fixed and we are new tenants. Im basically DIY'ing my way through what needs to be fixed around here. You could put MULTIPLE work orders in and they will eventually come fix just one specifically and its usually the one least important.

  • How does this complex still have tenants?!

    From my experience, an apartment complex is only as good as the amenities it offers. The best way to check such out is just show up unannounced and check out what they have to offer by yourself, without the guided tour that only wants your money. In this instance, I checked out the fitness center. Geez Louise... Nothing like the pictures at all. 1) Carpet that looks like it was in need of vacuuming three weeks ago and now just... yeesh! 2) Broken cable on leg press machine, just lying there and ...
    looks it has been that way for a while. 3) None of the add-ons are available on the Total Body machine. Can't do lat pulldowns, cable curls, etc. I get that some people are just trash and steal whatever they can but you have security cameras in the fitness center so... 4) It looks as though I have been the only person in the fitness center for a few days, at least. I worked out with what was available for two hours and no one else came by. This was at around 5pm so should have been at least a few folks but no. There is a reason for that and it isn't the tenants... I'm glad I checked out the fitness center first. If they can't even bother to do upkeep on that, I can only guess what the actual tenants must face daily. Luckily, I'm not one of the poor souls to find out. Hopefully you won't be either.

  • HORRIBLE!!!!

    The WORST APARTMENTS I HAVE EVEN LIVED IN! They DONT FIX ISSUES YOU HAVE. they do not call you back like they say they will. They don't do anything they say they are going to do. My apartment always smelt like weed because all the neighbors smoked and it came inside my apartment. AC/Heater did not work and they NEVER fixed it. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. neighbors had bedbugs. i seen people hit other peoples cars with theres and just keep driving the place is SAD NASTY AND A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND ...

    This is a quiet place to live. Maintenance is a little slow in response except for in emergencies. Office staff is extremely nice and helpful. I don't see a bug problem, but I also keep my house clean.
