Our AC was not cooling. It was an “after hours” call but the tech-Shamez answered our call very quickly. He said he would be right out and he was. Within a couple of hrs the AC was restored. Shamez was so polite and professional. My husband brought up another minor repair and it was also taken care of. But that’s not the extent of their “over the top” service. When hurricane Helene hit we had relatives without power and a young infant. They needed a place to stay and called us but we were out ...
of town at a wedding. I called the “Emergency” line and explained the situation. Drew was willing to come out and let them into our apartment. “What can we do to help” was their question when Karen called us the next day to check on the situation. I cannot say enough kind words about the management and maintenance team here at The Villas Apts. I am not one to call everybody “family”, so I won’t now, but the management team has earned a level of trust, and comfort that go beyond “management”. From the welcoming gifts when I entered my apartment, brand new appliances that are in my home, a fully gated community where the gates actually work!!! Villas @ Park Avenue in Pooler is an excellent community to live in. Located seconds from grocery stores, Tanger Outlets, and Doctors offices, Veterinarians. Management at Villlas are very responsive and quick to assist you with any issues that may arise. Villas has an excellent maintenance staff and they are skilled and quick to respond should you need them. Villas at Park Avenue os a pet friendly community and welcome my little dogs. There are many doggie bag stations around the property, ...
always stocked with poop bags. Villas has a car wash, laundry on site should you need to wash clothes and have no washer/dryer. Villas has a nice swimming pool, game room, fitness center. I have lived at Villas at Park Avenue two years and love the community and management. After residing at 4 other aparmtnent properties in Pooler, I can say Villas is by far the best. Villas has a security gate that increases security and keeps non- essential traffic off the property, which is a plus in my opinion.

Its funny because during my apartment hunt I passed this place and didnt go inside due to being pressed for time but im SOO GLAD MY OTHER APARTMENT FELL THRU ! RACHEL IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! She helped me every step of the way in such a short time ! She went above and beyond for me and that meant so much to me because i work full time and was starting school a few days before move in ! Management is awful here! They are very rude in the office!l Bug problems are nuts spider galore.. and walls are thin . The water also stinks here. I lived in pooler for 10 years and this is the only place I know that has stinky water. Do not live here YOULL REGRET IT!!

After much searching for what seemed like forever, my family and I are settling in to our new home at the Villas. My husband just recently transferred to gulfstream, and we were trying to find somewhere to live quickly. We have been here for about a month and a half now, and I haven't had a complaint yet. When we first moved in we had a couple of minor maintenance requests, and they were completely resolved by the next day. We have lived some places that it would take them a week to fix major ...
things. Moving on. Also a plus, the only noise I have noticed is the airport, but the best part of it is the "Blue Angel" planes that come through from time to time; my son loves to watch them! Both of my children love going to the pool (which has always been clean)while I am in the gym, and the residents and staff are always so friendly. I am from a very small town where people wave hello for no reason at all, and I have found that in Pooler general kindness is a rarity. That being said, the staff is so courteous and was willing to help with anything I needed to make our move easier which is such a breath of fresh air. We have lived in a lot of apartments since we began the contracting lifestyle, and this place makes me feel more at home than anywhere I have been. There are also so many things to do in such a close proximity like restaurants, the theater, Skate City, and Frames and Games. The fact that we are literally walking distance from Publix and the Tanger Outlets is a huge bonus (much to the Hubby's dismay). Honestly, I could not be any happier and I cannot wait to see what our future here at the Villas holds. If you get the opportunity to go look for an apartment, give this place a look. They really know what they are doing, and they haven't let us down yet.

Not as good as they look

They advertise a lot amenities but they do not deliver. At this time these are the things broken; the car wash( month), gas grill(month),air conditioner in gym(months) does not cool very well (it was 81 today), pool is not kept clean and gym is not kept clean. I have a leak in my roof for a week with it coming thru my ceiling in the kitchen. Air conditioning is not an emergency, if it goes out on a friday they will get to it on monday.
