      A very peaceful and quiet community right in the middle of it all! The management by Maria is fantastic and if you ever have any issues she is extremely responsive to them. The few times I have needed maintenance assistance they were quick efficient and did not leave a mess. If you're looking for a place in Sandusky this is a wonderful place to choose I am glad I made the decision to move here!

Maria at the Villa’s was so accommodating and it enabled me to be able to transition back to Sandusky while awaiting for the appropriate time to purchase a home. I enjoy the townhouse -it’s very homey. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen has lots of cupboard space as well as an open feeling. If there’s ever an issue there quick to respond.       The Villas are so convenient to every kind of shopping and restaurant you can imagine. It's hard to believe a neighborhood in the middle of such a busy area can be so quiet and peaceful. We have a 2 bed/2 bath ranch style apartment. The layout is great and there is so much space! Love the huge island in the kitchen and there is plenty of storage. The attached garage is a blessing when you come home with a car full of groceries and other goodies you've found close by. We have neighbors on both ...

She listens carefully to what the residents have to say and does a great job at making the Villas at Sandy Creek a pleasant community. Brad, the maintenance guy is quick to get things done. We have had minimal issues since moving in (pretty rare in a newly built complex). Brad does a great job and has a great attitude. I would highly recommend the Villas at Sandy Creek to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient apartment in the Sandusky area.
