      What a great place to live — amazing staff, safe community, and a great location. Super cozy units and I never had a single issue in a year and a half. High-quality appliances, great WiFi packages, and every unit has its own garage and driveway. Definitely worth every penny each month. Very peaceful community. 10/10 — would recommend to anyone!

      I’m going on my second year and so excited to do so! The living space is wonderful, the support is unparalleled. Maria and Brad are just wonderful. No question or concern is too small. Everything is handled immediately with a smiling face. Thank you both!!! I couldn’t have found a more comfortable, spacious place to relocate. The kitchen is the bomb, counter space is awesome. Definitely a five star review!

      A very peaceful and quiet community right in the middle of it all! The management by Maria is fantastic and if you ever have any issues she is extremely responsive to them. The few times I have needed maintenance assistance they were quick efficient and did not leave a mess. If you're looking for a place in Sandusky this is a wonderful place to choose I am glad I made the decision to move here!

Maria at the Villa’s was so accommodating and it enabled me to be able to transition back to Sandusky while awaiting for the appropriate time to purchase a home. I enjoy the townhouse -it’s very homey. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen has lots of cupboard space as well as an open feeling. If there’s ever an issue there quick to respond.
