December 16, 2025What a great place to live — amazing staff, safe community, and a great location. Super cozy units and I never had a single issue in a year and a half. High-quality appliances, great WiFi packages, and every unit has its own garage and driveway. Definitely worth every penny each month. Wonderful transition
February 26, 2025I returned back to Sandusky after 30 years. Maria at the Villa’s was so accommodating and it enabled me to be able to transition back to Sandusky while awaiting for the appropriate time to purchase a home. I enjoy the townhouse -it’s very homey. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen has lots of cupboard space as well as an open feeling. If there’s ever an issue there quick to respond.
