Peace, Quiet, Superb management and maintenance
June 15, 2025A very peaceful and quiet community right in the middle of it all! The management by Maria is fantastic and if you ever have any issues she is extremely responsive to them. The few times I have needed maintenance assistance they were quick efficient and did not leave a mess. Wonderful transition
February 26, 2025I returned back to Sandusky after 30 years. Maria at the Villa’s was so accommodating and it enabled me to be able to transition back to Sandusky while awaiting for the appropriate time to purchase a home. I enjoy the townhouse -it’s very homey. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen has lots of cupboard space as well as an open feeling. If there’s ever an issue there quick to respond. A peaceful oasis in the middle of everything
March 19, 2024The Villas are so convenient to every kind of shopping and restaurant you can imagine. It's hard to believe a neighborhood in the middle of such a busy area can be so quiet and peaceful. We have a 2 bed/2 bath ranch style apartment. The layout is great and there is so much space! Love the huge island in the kitchen and there is plenty of storage. The attached garage is a blessing when you come home with a car full of groceries and other goodies you've found close by. We have neighbors on both ...sides of us but have never heard any noise. Maria, the manager, is super friendly and kind. Always willing to help out the residents. She listens carefully to what the residents have to say and does a great job at making the Villas at Sandy Creek a pleasant community. Brad, the maintenance guy is quick to get things done. We have had minimal issues since moving in (pretty rare in a newly built complex). Brad does a great job and has a great attitude.
