5/23/24 and it is now 5/31/24 and still no A/C. Their Maintenace brought up a small portable that doesn't work. There is an ongoing issue with the fire alarm system that wakes you up in the middle of the night. If you want to put up with that go ahead and pay the rent.

I just wanted to say that I have lived at The Villas since they first starting leasing apartments over three years ago. I LOVE MY APARTMENT HOME!!! There was still construction going on when I moved in but it was all completed a long time ago and I now enjoy ALL of the awesome amenities that we have available to us on a daily basis. Heated pool, parking garage with 3 elevators and assigned parking, clubhouse and workout room, valet trash and convenient trash shoots! Not to mention an on-site ...

security person, and the truly fabulous staff, Jenny, Victoria and Stephanie!!!!! Are they perfect ? No but who is? Do they take care of any and all requests promptly and efficiently YES !!!!!! I am 60 years old and will most likely live here forever!! I have established friendships here with the staff and the long time residents. We are a family, a community. If you read any negative reviews about this place they are probably from people that are negative on a regular basis that didn’t try to work with the staff to resolve whatever issues they had. THIS IS MY HOME AND I LOVE IT! Give them a try and you will too!!!!

Awful experience with Deposit

Do not rent these apartments. Bad experience. I called about trying to move into apartments. I was told to go to a website to place application and deposit to secure apartment. I immediately did so, did the application fee of $35 dollars and deposits of $250. I applied and go the apartment with in 4 - 5 days. I did not want to move in until a little over a month and half. So I had the apartment for approximately two weeks. I decided I did not want the apartment because I accepted a position ...

in another area and was told IMMEDIATELY.. You would not be able to get your deposit back because of the time we had to hold your apartment. I called management and the corporate office, I took 2 - 3 days before they called me back and was told that information is on lease, however you don't get a copy of the lease until you move in... SMART... So to sum it all up I basically paid $250 to an apartment complex for two weeks and I never lived there. Awful experience with this apartment, horrible policy will never rent an apartment again, they are not looking out for the residence just trying to get all the money needed up front.

wonderful and has delivered on everything that I was looking for. The complex has a great view of the bay, and is a short 10 minute drive to the shopping centers and mall. As a brand new resident I couldn't be happier. Maranda and the staff at the Villas have made my transition to Texas as seamless as possible.

Moved in a year ago this month. We were the 8th to move in. We were promised all the amenities by June of last year. All we have gotten is a trash chute. No fitness area, no pool - no nothing. Parking is getting worse as more people move in. Unless you own a Prius good luck. Appliances are cheap. Sure they are black, but they are cheap. review look like they were written by staff... The first week we even moved in the a/c unit went out. Sparked from the thermostat and scorched the wall. Of course this was in the summer and they don't have a crew to come fix it when we needed it most. The entire 9 months we have lived here they have had pest control "spray" exactly once. How insects can make their way up multiple floors, into my apartment, through the cabinets, and onto my counter tops goes to show how poorly sealed this building is. As I was spraying to get rid of them myself I noticed the holes where the pipes come in are still open no foam to seal them off just open into the wall. I finally had enough and had to write this. Do better for yourself. Go somewhere else. Avoid the road noise. The construction. The poor parking garage. I, unfortunately, signed a year contract but it's almost over. And trust me I will NOT be renewing or recommending this place.

Great complex in great area of town. New units available. Close to shopping and great restaurants. Only 20 mins to the beach! Amazing views of Corpus Christi Bay. Very short drive and you're downtown to catch a baseball game or check out the aquarium or the USS Lexington.
