Tried moving here no one answers the phone. Came by twice yesterday sign said they’d be back at 10am if was 11:50 the first time we showed up. Came back at 1pm no one was there still. No one answers the phone at all neither.

Don’t even think about it

This is the most shady apartment complex ever. They don’t fix things. Promised a fully remodeled apartment. & paints over EVERYTHING. don’t waste your money here

I was a skeptical and nearly an impossible tenant when I moved in seeing the reviews. I have been here one year this month & they are not only improving the property but they also follow through with any issues I may have that go beyond maintenance. I just renewed my lease & am VERY impressed with this property & the management & leasing office!

Disappointed Customer

The leasing office staff is very unprofessional. After being told there was an available unit by one staff member and completing the application process, we were informed by a supervisor that the unit was leased five days prior to the day we originally inquired about the townhomes. Basically, we paid the application fee, gathered up paperwork, and wasted our days for a unit that was never available to us and the office never once offered to return our application fee, even though they were at ...
fault for this confusion. I was told by the supervisor, "I'm not always here, so my employee didn't know the unit was rented." I was scammed out of my money and i would NEVER do business with such an unprofessional and dishonest bunch nor would I recommend them to anyone. Be careful if you choose to, make sure you talk to everyone in the office before you dish out any funds. Since they apparently don't speak to each other on a daily business hours basis and won't offer a refund when their business tactics mislead people into spending unnecessary money.
