wish i didnt have to move
October 10, 2015The apt.complex is always kept clean and neat.We have trash pickup at door.The parking lot is kept up.The grounds are very well kept.Lots and Lots of activites if you want to participate. This is a over 60's apt.complex. The rent is reasonable compared to most in this area.The apartment have lots of light,lots of room very very comfortable.The maintenance crew are great and dependable.I have been here 5yrs,the neighbors are great and like family. I feel very safe here.I am moving to another city ...but I would recommend the Villas on Bear Creek to any one 60 and over. I waited 4 month to get in here and it was worth it.
