January 30, 2024Do not move here unless you like living with roaches. Revolving door of staff. Office almost always closed. No one ever answers the phone. No amenities. Pool was closed all summer. Gym is run down.Property Manager Responded

Tides on rosemeade
May 9, 2022Under no circumstances choose to stay here theyll up charge you on things and put late fees on your rent after paying them then threaten to evict you ..need your catalytic converter stolen in your cover spot under a camera and nothing happens then go ahead and rent here….if you need maintenance to come over then wait 7 months and still get to wait till your lease is over then this is the place for youReview from Apartments.com

June 20, 2021I spent 3 weeks with no AC. maintenance failed to respond to any calls or requests submitted and the front office did not return any calls. It took me emailing both the assistant and main property managers to get the problem fixed. A couple months later and now I have no power at all. This started on a Friday and I’m writing this review on a Sunday, still powerless. The maintenance man who was supposed to be on call was out of state, and I was advised I would be notified when another one was ...found to assist. I was not notified, and therefore missed the time when maintenance showed up. Any calls to the emergency maintenance number are immediately rejected, and the front office does not operate for anything outside of posted business hours.
