March 24, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI have seen two management companies since my stay here. Both teams have been entirely incompetent. If you want to be threatened with eviction over putting in maintenance requests, move here. If you want two white ladies to gentrify your home and roll their eyes and scoff in your face, move here. If you love drug dealers and sex offenders, move here. So many sex offenders..

December 16, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThis is hands down the worst place I have ever lived. I have never met another tenant who is actually happy to live here. I've had mice and roaches. There isn't properly working AC or hot water, and the apartment was absolutely filthy upon moving in. Everything was poorly painted over. The pest control is next to useless, as well as the maintenance team. I put in work orders for my AC and hot water heater, which took a week and a half to get a reply, and the best answer I received was "that's ...kind of how it is." The inside temperature has been consistently in the 80s, with the AC on low as it will go, and it's hit or miss on whether I will have a hot shower or not. There are soft spots all over the floors and very obvious signs of water damage and possibly mold as well. It appears that any issue they have had in the past just received multiple coats of poorly applied paint. The carpet is also covered with spots of paint from the poor quality of work that was done. The facilities around the complex are also god awful. I wouldn't let my worst enemy touch the water in the pool. The laundry facility is a horrendous sight. I have been in once and the machines were all filthy, as well as an enormous amount of filth and standing water on the floor. I have also noticed broken glass in the grass (which must be great for the dogs and children in the area). These apartments are better off left empty because they are a complete health and safety hazard to all who enter. I would give negative stars if at all possible.Read More

Luxury apartments would not just tell you "We have a drop box" and be unsympathetic when you're trying to discuss why they charged you over 1000$ in early termination fees when you have had no prior conversations about terminating a lease early. Maintenance men are nice though :)

My leasing agent Loopie, went completely out of her way to help me get into the perfect place for myself and my children. Any issues I've had, the property was quick to get it fixed! I have nothing but good things to say about the community! They're going to have to deal with me for a long time, if they keep this up!!!! Loopie was move from the property and they really need to bring her back, her and the manager Darla is ...the best thing to happen here, everyone I speak with says the same thing. We really miss her. They were a good team together as with both maintenance guys. They all welcome you in as part of the family not just residents. We now have Noemi and she seems like she really cares about people as much as Loopie did. I look forward to getting to know her.Read More

We moved in on Feb 1, 2019 and have had a few minor problems with the apartment but they have fixed everything and they fix it quick! The maintenance guys are also great and like I said they work fast but do a great job. These employees actually care about the residents and it shows.Darla and everyone here at Adams is doing amazing job and we Thank you all.

The property manager, Darla is a genuine and earnest person. She answered all of my questions honestly. I think this complex has come a long way, and with her at the helm it will carry onward and upward. Over all, my assessment can be summed up as follows; a diamond in the not-so-rough.
