November 5, 2020A positive review after over a year of living here. I moved in with the old and the same month the new ownership and management took over. Management has always been very accommodating to my needs. I do most of my communication through email or the online portal. I find it a convenient way to pay my rent with proof of payment, request maintenance with proof of the request and the completion of said request. Trash is never over flowing. Maintenance is quick, efficient and friendly. Quick ...access to highways, expressways and shopping. I have expectations when I spend any amount of dollars and when rent is my largest chunk out each month, I expect what I pay for. I expect issues to be handled and I am always happy to compliment before complaining. I have two children and I feel safe, I live peacefully and I don’t break my bank with rent.
