Overall it’s a great place to live. The neighbors are friendly and it’s very quiet with the exception of a few loud dogs. Maintenance staff is great and timely when there’s an issue.

I love this place! My visiting friends love this place. I like seeing their faces when I take them to see the pool and clubhouse and offer them a cup of coffee from the awesome machine! My apartment is very welcoming and comfy. I couldn’t be any more pleased!

This is a great place to live. Nice and peaceful apartment complex. Everyone is respectful to each other. Pet friendly. There are different activities throughout each month that you can participate in. The staff is friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

So far so good. I really enjoy the people here and the amenities. The pool is really nice and playing pool in the clubhouse is a big plus. I really like dogs as well.

This is a great place to live. It’s peaceful and quiet. The apartment complex is family and pet friendly. The complex has many different activities throughout each month that you can participate in. They have a swimming pool, gathering area, small gym. The staff are very friendly here. I would recommend this place to anyone.

While the community is generally beautiful, community management struggles to create a positive resident experience. Unfortunately, resident requests/complaints go unaddressed while the community management strives to find ways residents aren't following community guidelines. It creates an environment where residents feel like they are walking on eggshells while simply trying to live their lives in their favorite place. It is such a shame as there aren't very many options on the Island.

This is a great place to live. I really enjoy living here. There is a small dog park, swimming pool, gym to work out in. Throughout each month the staff puts on different events for everyone to participate in. I would recommend this place.

Living at Vintage Amelia has been a truly wonderful experience. This is hands down the kindest and most responsive community you could ask for. The staff and management go above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard, valued, and cared for. Any maintenance request or question is handled quickly and professionally—something that really sets this place apart.

and how there are always plenty of parking spaces available—no daily parking stress! The grounds are peaceful, beautifully kept, and it’s clear that attention is paid to every detail to make this a welcoming place to call home.
