I have been living here for a little more than 2 years. I dont have any major complaints. I really enjoy the weekly cleaning service that keeps our community clean. I wish pest control came more often due to the amount of bug encounters on walks.

Moving in was a total disappointment. The day of move-in my apartment was not ready and currently still isn’t. I had already hired movers who had moved all of my furniture into my attached garage. Leasing explain that the apartment will be ready by 12 PM and it was not instead, the property had just started renovating the floors to the apartment I was supposed to in the day of move in and said that there was a deeper issue that will push the move date back after everything was already moved in. ...
Sarah, the apartment manager showed no concern at all, and did not offer a solution to this problem. Sarah during our frustration, went back into her office and got behind the computer desk and did not update us on where we were moving next. Thankfully, the apartment that we did eventually moving into was not the apartment that we chose, but ended up being a very nice apartment thanks to Savannah and Ariel for being boot on the ground and making our family feel so comfortable in this time chaos.

Under new management of Sara and Ariel, we have seen a 180 turnaround in overall property maintenance, friendliness, and professionalism. Maintenance is superb, punctual, and overall competent. Savanna is always a friendly smile when you walk into the office. When we thought things were would never get better for us, we thought about relocating but thanks to Ariel and her tenacity and willingness to work to with us, we decided to make this home.
