December 28, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comNotice how this ad says nothing about being a gated community because the gates are broken and open more than they are closed. This place is not safe at all. There is no on-site security.They have a courtesy patrol that comes through at night with flashing lights.The thieves literally just duck down and wait for them to drive by. Trash is everywhere for days after the garbage truck comes.The dumpster enclosures are absolutely disgusting. The Fees are ridiculous. You pay for trash and you also ...pay for someone to collect trash from your front porch.You are literally paying $50 a month for garbage. The fee bill has charges on it like community electric. They leave all the lights and tvs on in the gym all night even though it's not open 24 hours.There are fans on around the pool that never get shut off even in the winter.They're not trying to save you any money by turning things off. The new Management company will not answer or address concerns.Look at the reviews of the company ,it's all the same complaints no matter what city they're in. This place has taken a turn for the worse and they are lowering all the prices now.The people who have lived here are paying way more than new people moving in . If you ok with leaving for work not knowing if your apartment will be broken into or if you go to bed not knowing if your car window will be smashed and your ignition destroyed then this is the place for you. You also must be good with the smell of marijuana because everyone just walks around smoking it comes through the bathroom wall and stinks up your apartment. Security Issue _ don't recommend
December 11, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThere have been numerous burglary attempts within the six months since I moved in. There was an attempted break-in, and unfortunately, my car was stolen this weekend. The main gate has been broken for over a month, and despite numerous security issues within the community, they're unwilling to release the lease. Given these security concerns, I would strongly advise against choosing this place. Please consider other options.Property Manager Responded

The management is so very welcoming and make you feel like home. They even have a doggie park!! Pets are welcome and there is only small fee that added to your rent. I love the landscape here. I find it pleasant no matter how busy, how cluttered, how many times out office staff had to moves due to the to renovations to our facility. The ladies did it with a smile. And maintenance worked endlessly to complete it. Sometimes that's all it takes to change someone's day. Thanks for that. I love that it has a doggie park, 2 pools and a gym !!! ?...There was two small things that needed to get fixed so I went online and entered a work order and in less than 24 hrs it got fixed.The staff has been really nice and helpful since the day I came in to get information about leasing.Property Manager Responded

Apartments not worth the price
November 1, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comApartments are thrown together. The old apartment owners were great Dayrise is the worst property management company. Maintenance has to fix the same problem multiple times, constant change of office managers, the gate is always broken, loud music late at night, people have gotten cars stolen because of the broken gates, it use to be a nice and quiet place to live now it’s an overpriced hood. Don't rent here. Bad neighborhood and rent hikes. Plus two pools you can't even swim in.
May 23, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comEver since the company Dayrise Residential took over management, they have: Hiked our rent considerably, closed both pools for the past month and a half in the middle of the hottest season, your property is not safe considering the gate is always wide open and people will steal your stuff if it's on your patio, the new management have bad attitudes.
