August 11, 2025It is not great living here. We pay for a dog park with broken equipment, the car wash just got fixed after years of being unusable, and the pool couldn’t even open until July..Property Manager Responded

May 21, 2025Top 5 on my list of apartment complex communities that I’ve had the pleasure of living over the last 10 years. Very clean, quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Tall ceilings and cabinets is a plus. The view from my balcony is beautiful and my American bully, Percy loves to run around outside in the dog park. The staff are kind and communicative. April 7, 2025I enjoy my apartment, I love the large kitchen and bathroom. The only downfall is how thin the walls are here. I’ve lived in many apartments and I’ve not heard my upstairs neighbors as much as I do now. The staff is very friendly and accommodating as they got me moved in quickly during our winter snow storms. April 3, 2025Best apartment community I have ever lived in! Very well maintained, easy communication with the front office, and maintenance requests are responded to quickly. The reasons it isn’t a 5-star rating is because the gate is often left open which defeats the purpose of having the security of living in a gated community and the playground for the children is a very old wooden swingset that myself and child have gotten splinters from. The playground also has nails and such that are dangerously ...sticking out of the clearly rotting wood.Property Manager Responded
