September 4, 2025It has been not so great lately. My blinds are all messed up and I put a maintenance request in, and over two weeks later, nothing. But where I really lost it was when I had called weeks ago and asked about getting a garage from an existing resident, and the person on the phone told me that if someone wanted to sign their garage over to me and become a part of my lease, then that was possible. And after weeks, up to today, I found someone who was willing to part with their garage. Only for me to ...go into the leasing office and then tell me that that was not a possibility and they would not honor what they said on the phone, they said that it would be a first come first serve so even if he wanted to sign it over to me, there’s a huge chance that it would not go to me. I’ve been trying every possible way to get a garage the way they told me, and they will not honor what they told me. I’m very close to terminating my lease at this point, I’m paying too much a month for this mess.Property Manager Responded

August 29, 2025For the most I have enjoyed my time here. Anytime I have a maintenance request they do the request same day. The one maintenance man is very nice to my pup son. I’m still waiting on them to repair the flooring from when I moved in. Something happened to where there is glue all over my floor. What I don’t appreciate is the people who have dogs who allow there dogs to poop on the sidewalks and do not pick it up. It’s very big poop as well. It makes it difficult for us who have dogs who pick up ...poop and for those who don’t have dogs that have to watch the side wides for large amounts of poop.Property Manager Responded

From day one, everyone here has been so kind and welcoming, which has really made it feel like home. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and I truly feel part of a community. On top of that, the location is unbeatable—everything I need is close by, from shopping and restaurants to everyday essentials. August 20, 2025I’ve really enjoyed my experience living in this apartment. The amenities are beautiful and make the place feel truly luxurious. From the modern finishes to the shared spaces, it gives off a high-end vibe that I appreciate. It’s definitely a step up in terms of lifestyle and comfort. However, one downside is the noise especially from upstairs neighbors. I’m woken up almost every morning around 5 a.m. due to loud stomping. It honestly sounds like a circus some days. I try my best to be mindful by ...walking lightly and avoiding slamming doors or cabinets, but unfortunately, not everyone else does the same. The walls and ceilings don’t seem to block sound very well, and that takes away from the overall peaceful vibe I’d expect in a luxury apartment. All in all, I do like living here. But the constant noise, especially early in the morning, is frustrating. If I ever decide to move, that will probably be the reason why.Property Manager Responded
