June 25, 2024I lived in this house for 3.5 years. I will miss this house. Very convenient location, very nice people work here. Prblems were resolved very quickly. Do not move here
May 22, 2024Do Not move in here. Quite hours are Not enforced here even though the tenant is breaking their lease agreement. Tenant above me keeps making loud noises that wakes me up in the middle of the night. It has bern more than 6 months that I have been emailing management with more than 50 emails; security being called more than 6 times. I am miserable being woken up in the middle of the night constantly. I am frustrated that management has not been able to resolve this issue. I am socked that my ...concern has not been taken seriously. I feel the need to warn anyone to NOT move here. You will be miserable and upset when woken up in the middle of the night and then finding out that management find this acceptable.Property Manager Responded

Overpriced “luxury”
February 25, 2024Staff is amazing - kind and always going above and beyond. My two star review is a rate of overall value. One star for the amazing staff and one star for the actual apartment room/appliances/flooring etc. I didn’t do my due diligence when moving in. Feel free to negotiate your base rent using these points if you choose to move in: There is no guest parking - your guests pay a fee as if they’re visiting the grove The back gate doesn’t work every other month They do not provide itemized bills of ...your bills - the trash bill here is ridiculously high (average $85/month) and it’s not even valet trash? They accidentally over charged me for the water bill (later corrected) but, still, the time taken to check and email is so inconvenient. You’re better off paying the extra $200/month and living at the One Museum Apartments. They come with actual security 24/7, free espresso/coffee machine in lobby, full Equinox-inspired gym, rooftop pool/hangout area and all your guests get free parking in a gated garage. Not to mention, it’s closer to the grove, park, etc. Vinz is on a busy street so logistically too, this place is not the best bang for your buck.Property Manager Responded

October 5, 2023The staff and management on this property have been very kind, attentive, polite, and communicate effectively and timely. But unfortunately, my apartment itself is unbearable. I asked about the noise level in the apartments and was told that it was quiet and you couldn’t hear people in the other units. Not only can I hear my upstairs neighbors, it sounds like a stampede non stop. The noise is so loud that it will shake my apartment. It is 100% unbearable. I wake up in the middle of the night ...because of it. It is extremely frustrating to come home from work to hear nonstop noise. It’s constant stomping, running, jumping. It seems like the walls are so thin that even regular walking sounds like stomping in heels. I can pretty much hear every movement that occurs in the apartment. Lauren, the manager, has been very kind with trying to work this out for me. I have asked to either be transferred to a size comparable penthouse unit/ a unit where no one is above me or be transferred to another Greystar property in an area that works in a unit where nobody is above me. If neither is available I would just like to leave all together. I haven’t even been living here a week and it’s been absolute misery . On top of that - the inconvenience to move again after just relocating to LA.Property Manager Responded

January 11, 2021This apartment building is like a stylish boutique hotel in Miami South Beach. The scale of the building makes it super easy to park, pick up mail, packages & takeout. The apartment has a great outdoor area, lots of kitchen cabinet space, stellar tub & shower head, a good size walk-in closet, top notch washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/stove. dont move in
January 5, 2021I do NOT recommend this place; the whole leasing office is a disaster. I gave in a move in application and was promised an application fee waiver due to the current pandemic. Sadly my relocation to LA was delayed because of the current situation and I requested my application fee to be refunded as promised, but they never replied. After multiple emails, not one answer. I dont think anyone wants to deal with unprofessional rude employees; for the price one will pay to lease a place there, I would ...expect a better treatment.Property Manager Responded
