Be weary
May 1, 2016Cons: Not as clean as the pictures make it seem. Pool is closed, has been since we moved in. Neighbors are sketchy, gang members. Pizza places won't deliver after dark. Management is never readily available. A lot of issues with bed bugs. Apartments were thrown together and not tested/inspected properly prior to tenants moving in. No Verizon internet, TWC only. Parking is a joke. Stray animals as far as the eyes can see. Paper thin walls. Pros: Spacious, central AC/heating works, cheap ...rent. Conclusion: Leave this is as an absolute last option. The price may seem good but these apartments still need a lot of work before they are ready to have tenants move in. Come check it out though, this is just my opinion. January 9, 2019I am the new community manager at Virginia Square. I am sorry your experience here was not a good one. We have been working on making some changes to the community and still have a few more projects to tackle in 2019. We have upgraded all patio fence. We have replaced about 90% of roofs and Air Conditioners. We have been working on the stray cats/dogs. We have a pest control service available for residents. A new parking program has been placed in effect. We are working on making Virginia Square a more welcoming home.
