Elevator out for over a month
June 2, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe elevator in my building has been out for over a month. Management will not give a discount on rent despite this being a luxury apartment. No sense of urgency when speaking with tenants and also if you have a roof leak they just paint over it. They will not check for mold!Property Manager Responded

June 4, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comIf you want to live here- plan on extra time, as you'll need to make a special trip just to get TO your car, that's parked in the very BACK of the complex. Unless you decide to pay an exorbitant FEE to park close to your unit. YES- that's right, you have to pay a fee to be walkable distance from your apartment. Amenities? Oh they charge you fees for it- but good luck getting coffee from the machine you pay for. Most days it's out of order, or empty so it's a wasted trip and time. Maintenance? ...What maintenance? Three times I've submitted an issue about my dryer not drying- you'd think that would be easy, but you'd be wrong. In fact I opened a work order 3 weeks ago, only for them to randomly close the work order and say they resolved it.... Without even entering my apartment or fixing the issue. Customer service? Ha! Terrible management
April 7, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comManagement is more concerned with reminding you to pay rent than they are with doing any necessary repairs. Elevator is constantly going out, so if you’re disabled and live anywhere other than the first floor, good luck, genuinely. Management when we first moved in was actually fine, very responsive and they even held more community events to make you at least feel like they cared. At some point a new property manager came in and it was striking how quickly the quality dropped. Like any other apartments, there would be issues with property or people, but the staff has always been quick and professional to address the issues and resolve them as soon as possible. Also, the management team does a great job creating a sense of community with community events and helping you feel included.

The most frustrating part about staying here is the parking followed by the elevator being broken often, then the visual of trash overflowing every week. In addition to those there isn't a screen on the window so if at any point you'd like some fresh air expect for bugs to get into your home.Property Manager Responded

The apartment up keep and cleanliness in the public hallways is poor. the trash collection method and storage is terrible. Shop around before you decide to move here, there are better options for this price range.
