Very convenient area to live in and maintenance is very helpful getting problems taken care of quickly. Would like more pet waste stations around the complex. Maybe that would help other residents to pick up after their dogs

The rent prices are very reasonable considering the location and the amenities seem to be well kept. The gym is small but there’s multiple pools and a hot tub.

Takes forever for them to get to our work orders. Have one open for two weeks now. They are good about enforcing rules. No taking parking spots, no curtains on patio, no cat tree on patio. Otherwise a lot of people have good attitude here, although some weed usage around. Also, you can hear the music from the town on occasion, but doesn’t bother us. Neighbors can be louder.
