Well maintained and great lake
July 27, 2020I moved into Vista Lago as a temporary accommodation but ended up staying for 4 years. The management was very timely at fixing maintenance problems. The location is very convenient for grocery shopping, banking and healthcare. While the neighborhood itself is not very walkable, the surrounding lake is a hidden gem for staying active, biking and long walks. The prime reason I am moving is the long commute to my workplace. Poor communication with office
June 1, 2020The apartments are okay. Pretty spacious. Paint is poorly done and looks messy on edges and borders. The bath tub is painted over and gets stained with ANYTHING. Never enough guest parking. But my biggest qualm is that the office staff does not communicate with residents when work orders are being done. I have walked in MORE THAN ONCE to find workers in my apartment without any notification beforehand. It’s very upsetting to come home and find tour door open because people are working inside when ...you did not know that they would be coming. If you’re okay with people barging into your home when you’re in the shower or not there then this is the place for you. If you prefer to live somewhere that values your privacy, look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Park like living but short on parking
April 5, 2019I have lived here for over 2 years. I like the apartment, love the lakes and paved trail. I live in 2 Bedroom 2 full bath, both bedrooms have walk-in closets. Both bathrooms have garden tubs that can hold two people with an incorporated shower. Management is friendly and the water and sewage fees are included with rent. Parking stickers are $25 each and $75 for the gate key. Approximately 1/3 of the apartments only have 1 assigned parking space. The visitors parking is limited and are only at ...one side of the complex, farthest from the apartments with only one parking space. If parking was better then would give 5 starsProperty Manager Responded

Nice place to live
March 29, 2017I recently moved from the Caribbean 7 months ago and they helped me settle in quite well. The scenery, the trail and other recreational activities offered is a big plus.
