This review is from a tenant who lived here for over 7 years. The first five years this property was owned and managed by micozzi management company and everything was fine never had any major issues and when we did they promptly attended it to them. For the last two plus years it has been owned by a company SMG Inc these people are the worst avoid them and any of their properties at all costs the only time rent was ever increased was under their ownership and in two years they have increased it ...
three times they refuse to fix anything but tell you they understand and it's a priority of theirs a year later nothing's fixed that constantly let trashy people rent what used to be decent Apartments there seems to be no screening process anymore the property itself now looks terrible and is poorly maintained and if you were unfortunate enough to be here during the winter times you will have to deal with one of the most Dreadful plowing companies in Massachusetts the landlord and Company are shady distrustful and don't seem to give a crap about their tenants. Wise choice to avoid these properties at all costs.
