This is basically the slum of Provo. HOWEVER, don't judge a building by its foundation. Inside the old brick walls are beautiful yet simple apartments. The ceilings are high, the windows are large and after tenants move out they remodel the apartment. Maintenance does not respond quickly which causes problems, but my rent for what I get is of more value than others in the area.
