My husband and I moved out of this complex after living here for 3 years. We were always treated like family, never like a customer or just another tenant. Whenever we had concerns with our unit, our needs were beyond met. They were always addressed within 24 hours of our maintenance request, even if it was non-emergent. There was timely communication with the apartment complex staff, whether that be via email or phone call. Cody, Amber, and Danny are truly wonderful people who care about you as ...
an individual. We appreciate how they took the time to cultivate personal relationships; I never had that at any other apartment complex I’ve lived in. Their rental prices are definitely more reasonable compared to most apartment complexes in the area. My only feedback would be that the office hours listed on their site/office door doesn’t reflect when staff is onsite. We’ve attempted to have in-person questions answered during office hours without someone present; not during the lunch hour. Other than that, I couldn’t recommend this place more!

This apartment management is sleeping all year around. Many times our emails and calls were ignored. Came to the office five times in different days and different time - nobody there. It's the only time I see such a disrespectful attitude to customers.
