We are a privately owned community tucked away near a residential neighborhood but close to all amenities in the heart of Salmon Creek. Our community is near Legacy hospital, WSU Vancouver, easy I5 and I205 access, close to grocery shopping centers and restaurants. Centrally located to fit any needs! Renovations have begun! August 8, 2025This apartment management is sleeping all year around. Many times our emails and calls were ignored. Came to the office five times in different days and different time - nobody there. It's the only time I see such a disrespectful attitude to customers.Review from Apartments.com
Mildew floods
February 3, 2020If u like lots of flogs noises and floods , mildew , this is it ... lots of water running through out the property lots of problems with plumbing , safe yourself a headache dont rent hereProperty Manager Responded
