This facility is very well maintained. Hallways are clean, trash is managed, and the amenities are well kept. For example, the outdoor grill looks brand new due to how often it is cleaned. Additionally, the staff are very attentive and go the extra mile. Sheridan and Ryan are exceptional property managers that make consistent effort to ensure residents are happy at the Vista.

Best apartments I've ever stayed at!

I can't say enough amazing things about this place. I've lived at around 15 different places as I am always on the move and this is hands down my favorite. First of all, a huge shout out to Sheridan, the property manager. He has gone above and beyond in every sense on multiple occasions for me. The property is always clean and maintained so well. If something breaks it is almost always fixed the same day or next day. The property itself is also absolutely perfect in every logistical way. The mail ...

and package room are right in the lobby where you have to walk by it so it's easy to get to, especially if you are are walking a dog daily anyway. The garage is so easy and quick to get in and out of with plenty of parking. The pool and workout center are only a few doors down, living on the 7th floor. Getting on the freeway is a couple blocks away making it ridiculously easy to get in and out of here. Tom thumb, cvs and a 24 hour 7/11 are walking distance as well as so many restaurants and shops. The American Airlines center is 2 blocks away and they have not only all the sporting events, but tons of comedians and concerts etc. I regularly get last minute tickets for cheap and have gotten to go to tons of events. The walls are also thick to where I almost NEVER hear my neighbors which is extremely important to having a small tornado of a dog who is sensitive to noises. I am planning on staying for as long as possible here, I can't imagine why anyone would leave these apartments. 10/10 in every aspect. Thank you Sheridan for your amazing hospitality and your efforts are absolutely seen by all the residents here. You truly caring about the people and your job is so evident and makes a massive difference in this community. Thank you!

I moved here a year ago and staying. Staff is awesome especially Sheridan. The pool is lit and gym is perfect. Also love that Katy Trail is just around the corner. Secured parking and views are best.
