If I could give this complex zero stars- I would. My sister had issues with an Avalon that she resided in prior and we had hoped this location would be different.
We were left without air conditioning for over a week during the hottest month of summer because no urgency was placed on fixing it. My children were over heating and they offered very little compensation if we wanted to stay in a hotel- which was NOT doable and we would’ve had to pay extra for hotel charges on top of our extremely ...
high rent.
We lost hundreds of dollars worth of food because the refrigerator broke and was not fixed for days.
We decided to break the lease and chose the option to pay until a tenant takes the apartment. It isn’t being listed as available for 3 MONTHS AFTER we moved out- leaving us to pay the rent for those months. We are being charged insane amounts for “damages”.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. We should’ve listened to the other negative reviews and warnings, and we Hope that this helps other families stay away from any Avalon complex. They do not care about you, your living conditions, safety, or experience.
They only line their pockets.
