Great for a new start if you have bad credit
November 18, 2025I had an eviction a couple of years ago, and these apartments were able to approve me with no issues. At first I was unsure because of the reviews, but I can honestly say the management has been great, and maintenance responds quickly. I’m really glad I gave them a chance.Review from Apartments.com

June 20, 2023Moved in 3 days ago! The apartments are trash literally! Trash is all over the apartment complex! They have boards on the windows and most people have window units! May 2, 2022These apartments are horrid. Countless days of no gas, a whole season with no AC or heat, appliances don’t get fixed for about a month and gunshots every weekend. Honestly living in a tent would be better than these disgusting apartments. It’s unacceptable! People pay too much money to be living like they are homeless. Can’t cook or take a shower this weekend? Are you kidding me? Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE! I didn’t want to give one star but there was no option for zero stars.Review from Apartments.com
Horrific apartments
August 14, 2021Property is disgusting. Trash everywhere. Bullet holes in the walls. Pot holes in the road big enough to loose a Cadillac in them. Neighbors walking around yelling about a rat infestation. Does not offer a carbon monoxide monitor for their residents. Spectrum Internet/ cable services LAUGHED when I asked for services because they don’t service the area. DSL is the only option. Found dead roaches all over the apartment. Their remodel is new light switches and floors but everything else is gross. ...On a scale of 1-10 I would rate this apartment a negative 5. The gunshots on a Tuesday night at 9pm weren’t very welcoming either. Also our apartments oven was broken upon moving in and the fridge as well. The fridge we are expected to use doesn’t even have a shelf stable enough to hold eggs. Don’t believe the online pictures, it’s so misleading. Unprofessional
December 16, 2020Although the property is nice, they were unprofessional. They told you bit by bit and they don’t refund deposits, you use somebody else money to pay for your property. And their renters fee for first time movers is way to much go elsewhere !Property Manager Responded

DONT COME HERE
December 13, 2020I did a online tour because of covid. The pictures are not what you will see in person. Management is horrible and communication is terrible. Apartment had so many problems with it, safety problems, and lied on the lease about drugs and alcohol.Property Manager Responded

Your leasing agent should have explained which unit you were viewing and whether or not it was renovated.
