November 21, 2025Office Manager was confussed on parking space availability assigned me 2 different spaces to park and both time I had to go back to office and tell the Manager they were all ready assigned to other Tenants. Apartment was not cleaned good. Left gum on carpet and Kitchen floor Kitchen sink was leaking Management is poor. Maintenence is very poor on thete response time it took them over a week to fix my Kitchen sink after reporting 2 times to office. Reported to office that power went out in the ...Front room and Bathroom promised me Maintenence would come before they leave for the day nevere came had no light or power in living until next afternoon was unable to watch television had to shower in darkProperty Manager Responded

October 13, 2025It's been a little shaky at times since the very beginning when we moved in a couple of months ago. The place was not moving ready when we got there so it took quite some time for the maintenance people to fix all the problems and there are still problems that have yet to be finished being fixed. Seems like somebody was murdered in our building recently which is also alarming and my wife and I and my son who's not even a year old yet we're getting bit up by mosquitoes like crazy when we first ...moved in and we had to buy a bunch of different traps and bait to stop them so that was an experience. The final thing is the neighbor that lives above us stomps around like a soldier all day and all night when they walk I guess they just walk on their heels very heavily. They walk so hard that the ceiling shakes and the lighting fixtures rattle as he walks by them and it wakes up our son often so he doesn't get good sleep and it's really important which is another huge problem.Property Manager Responded

October 3, 2025It's ok, maintenance takes forever to get to you. But at least they do a good job. Residents are idiots. September 29, 2025I had few work orders placed since last year when I renewed my contract but no one came to resolve the issue so I went to the office and requested a work order again beginning of August but still I'm waiting on someone to come resolved the issue.
