First of all I love the apt. Modern setting, its new, nice features but it STINKS OF WEED.
They say its smoke free but yet they allow tennants to smoke week in the apts and stinks the whole floor & DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. Theres a few families thats VERY DIRTY. THERES ROACH RUNNING OUT OF THE APTS AS YOU WALK BY... ITS NO JOKE. If tennants are not keeping the building clean THEY NEED TO GO. The elevator is always filthy. Its cleaned daily early in the morning but a few hours later theres black ...
sticky gunk all over the floor and THIS GOES ON DAILY.
The tennants really disrespect this property & something needs to be done SOON.
