Worst place, never think to stay there

I was a tenant for 1,5 years and I think this is the worst place you could ever have. First, the landlord. Never answers phone calls, e-mails you would have to wait like a week to hear back from him, he will charge you literally for everything possible and for a delay of week he will file an eviction with court without even checking the reason (he doesn’t care if check was lost or any other problem occurred). requests to fix a problem you have to keep reminding at least 5-6 times until he shows up, he is very rude. I saw a mouse twice in my aorta meant, asked them to do something about it. First time he put 2 mousetraps that never worked. My second request he ignored. Neighbors smoke weed 24/7 and obviously the smell will stay in your apartment all the time. Requested to take an action and it was ignored too. Sky high charges for terrible place. When I left the building it took me more than a month to take my deposit back after constantly e-mailing landlord.
