Worst place, never think to stay there
November 27, 2019I was a tenant for 1,5 years and I think this is the worst place you could ever have. First, the landlord. Never answers phone calls, e-mails you would have to wait like a week to hear back from him, he will charge you literally for everything possible and for a delay of week he will file an eviction with court without even checking the reason (he doesn’t care if check was lost or any other problem occurred). I was happy to leave this place. Super: the most irresponsible person, any of your ...requests to fix a problem you have to keep reminding at least 5-6 times until he shows up, he is very rude. I saw a mouse twice in my aorta meant, asked them to do something about it. First time he put 2 mousetraps that never worked. My second request he ignored. Neighbors smoke weed 24/7 and obviously the smell will stay in your apartment all the time. Requested to take an action and it was ignored too. Sky high charges for terrible place. When I left the building it took me more than a month to take my deposit back after constantly e-mailing landlord.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Rude and unprofessional super
July 23, 2017I was interested in a studio at this location and when I first visited the site the super started off with "in this building there are hardworking people and they like it quite so it's always quiet in here and the other tenants can call the cops on you. So no parties and remember my rules. " despite the turn off of the comment I was desperate and needed an apartment so I went back and asked for an application to apply. He replied that he doesn't print out applications because he finds them on the ...floor down the street so I had to ask how would I apply and pretty much pry the information out. So I kept this apartment at the bottom of my list. I decided to give up on my search and come to apply to this apartment and im glad I got stuck in traffic and did not make it. The super called multiple times with an attitude that I was late and was stuck in traffic. As im on my way he calls again and says he's only staying for 10 minutes and after tht he's leaving and hung the phone up on me. This apartment has been open for months and its all because of the terrible and rude super at the building. I would rather live in a box then rent from this building with the rude super. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!Property Manager Responded

Rude manager
September 2, 2016The manager was very rude, when I accidentally called twice, he was yelling at me with no reason at all. I'm really dissapointed about service. People, who are searching for the apartments are already in a stress, so that was painful.Property Manager Responded
