Some small things like outlets and such need to be replaced or repaired, but besides that this place has been perfect. The leasing office is very friendly and helpful.

Move in was not good. Bathtub has rust marks, refrigerator did not work, paint was pealing and coming of in areas, bathroom ceiling was painted but funky craters in areas, water stains were painted over but are bleeding through, microwave spin table had food on it, burners on oven had food as well as greasy. Two blinds in apartment, one missing a slat entirely other one had cracked dirty slats. The reason for the 3 stars verses 1 star. Office staff and maintenance have been amazing! Working hard ...

Nice place, friendly neighbours. i have a concern of a very slow response on minor maintenance issues. The increasing amount of dog waste in neighborhood park/green area, has become a real issue, turning what should be a pleasant space into a minefield. Unfortunately, many pet owners are not cleaning up after their dogs (thanks to those who do clean), making it difficult for everyone to enjoy the area and walk around. It’s not just unpleasant—it’s also unhygienic and disrespectful to others who ...

I have had a good experience with the Vue at Rocket City overall. The staff were nice, and the maintenance crew are very helpful. The upkeep of the community is important to the staff, which is great!

Absolutely love the complex, and the quietness of the residents! The location is also great.. The one and only thing I hate is the smoke smell in my apartment. It comes and goes very often and I can’t tell if it’s coming from below or beside my unit. But it’s very annoying and embarrassing when guests come over and immediately question the cigarette stench.

They add on random charges with no context, and are threatening to kick me out over a fee that is less than $70, which seems to be due to some error they made. However, when I went to the office (Which I had to take time off work ) they said it was just a way to introduce themselves as the new property management, and it was a simple billing issue the previous manager caused. They said they would attach a note to my door with details. Which never happened. Now the fee has increased, and they ...
have provided me no additional details about it. I suppose I am going to have to miss more work, to figure this out... I have paid by rent every month on time with no issue. Yet, I am scared they are going to kick me out, or mess up my credit because they are failing to communicate. My advice avoid this place unless you enjoy dealing with nonsense.
