Not worth what they charge

Rent keeps going up and I've never seen a maintenance staff with such low standards. NOTHING is fixed right the first time. You have to keep complaining and having maintenances come back out. They never leave a note when they've been in your apartment either. Also the maintenance guy doesn't speak english so that also makes things more difficult than they need to be.
