Beautiful space, but persistent smoke issues ruin the experience
November 3, 2025The building and apartment are visually stunning and well-designed, which makes this all the more disappointing. Despite being advertised as a smoke-free property, there is a strong and recurring smell of cigarette smoke—and at times, cannabis—that permeates the apartment. It’s impossible to feel comfortable or truly at home in these conditions. I’ve submitted complaints over the past several weeks, but the property manager has taken no meaningful action to resolve the issue. The situation ...remains unchanged, and unfortunately, it’s affecting my quality of life. I would not recommend this place to others.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
