July 12, 2022Management is so Rude and careless they will Leave you shaking or crying . They charge you for anything that breaks even if it isn’t your fault or it’s because it’s there old appliance . Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors coughing and anything else . I have a noise coming from a sprinkler closet that has affected my life dramatically I can’t be in or sleep in my master bedroom because this noise on the other side of my wall and management simply offers nothing and doesn’t care even ...though this is a issue that should be resolved asap for it affects everything .Property Manager Responded

DON’T MOVE HERE!
August 1, 2019The property managers are fake and don’t want what’s best for you. They are super nice during move-in. I signed a one-year lease and when the lease was almost up, they kicked me out for invalid reasons. They are a business. They only care about the revenue they gain when people move in, so no matter how great of a tenant you are, they will make sure you leave so that they can bring in someone else, make money off them, and it’s a never-ending cycle. STAY AWAY FROM WHISPER RIDGE!!!Property Manager Responded
