Broke my lease

I lived here a bit ago. However, the advertising of the complex is WAY different once you get settled and realize the mistake. I had issues with my heat to the point my apartment was sitting in the low 50’s. I attempted to reach out to the emergency maintenance line and was told to just ignore it and go back to bed as it’s not that big of a deal. Also, got cussed out by the maintenance team here with invalidation of my issues. I had roaches the first week I lived here and had to get it treated ...
multiple times for nothing to happen. I also had my apartment broken into as well and they would not even work with me to help me find somewhere safe. On top of the break in my window sat busted and nobody would help me fix that. (Mind you at the time it was deep winter and was 25 degrees outside). This apartment complex needs to work on itself and generate a safer community for their people. Wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone. Glad I was able to leave and pay my lease termination fee since the office wouldn’t even help me be safe in my own home.

I have only been around about a month. I enjoy the wide open space that I have and the breeze I can get from my side sliding door. The complex seems clean, the online communication is something that should be normal every where now a days. If you need something looked into at your place, workers are always around the property. Where do I even start! Well, my experience at Wake Robin was not what I was hoping. When I got inside the unit I almost passed out. EVERYTHING was dirty, nasty and the unit had a disgusting weird odor. Not to mentions the thousands of flies in the basement which made it worse. The kitchen cabinets didn’t even close properly and they were filled with roaches. I was so disgusted. The glass door would not open which made it an inconvenience during my whole lease. I put in 3 maintenance requests to ...
have that door fixed and all they told me was to not use it. People left their trash outside my unit because they were too lazy to take it to the dumpster. I emailed management about it and even attached pictures and NEVER received a response. I didn’t even let my friends or family come over because if how nasty the unit was. Thank god I am out of there. I wish we would have scheduled a tour first before leasing it. If you plan on moving here PLEASE schedule a tour first.

Lived there for 4 years and it was a nightmare everyday. Landlord could constantly change, trash was always stacked along the walk way to the dumpster so when you went outside it’d smell like hot trash, there were ALWAYS communication issues with the landlord (never answered the phone or returned calls) and just an awful environment. Save your self the the heartache and avoid this place at all costs!

I do believe management cares about our concerns & is trying to right previous wrongs. I also think though, that some reviews are from tenants who didn’t take pride & take care of the place in which they lived. The apartment is not what they advertised

I move here about a month ago. I was promised by the rental office that everything will be renewed but when I got my key and went in to see, it was like they just did the painting and called it renovations. When I returned to the office and told them all the things that needed repair. They kind of fell offensive as to what I was referring to because they they never did a walk through before handed me the key. I even was locked out for a night because the key was not working properly. The ...
management staff told me that as a new tenant everything that was not to my satisfaction will be fixed in three days. But that never happened either. I finally submitted the repair online and the next days maintenance was at my door. Mr Burke was very honest with me and did what it could. Since then I stay away from the office because honesty is very important. It doesn't matter what its is , just be honest from the start and let people decide for themselves. And because of maintenance group I give them 2 ? and a half.

There's no real reason for you to move to this place, the rent is high compared to the condition of the units, add to that the high utility fees they charge, a shared meter to charge you as much as they wish, unreasonable! A small issue could take you weeks, sometimes months to get it fixed. Stay away, just an advise!
