September 23, 2025I can’t say enough great things about WAKEFIELD GLEN apartment home community! I am now on my second year here and the office staff continue to be nothing short of amazing. They are always so helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly, whether it’s answering questions, assisting with packages, or just greeting you with a warm smile when you stop by the office. It makes such a difference to know the team truly cares about the residents. The amenities here are top-notch and really elevate the ...living experience. Everything is kept clean, updated, and well-maintained, making it easy to enjoy everything the community has to offer. The recent remodel of the clubhouse is especially wonderful. It feels modern, inviting, and like the perfect place to relax or gather with neighbors. Overall, WAKEFIELD GLEN truly go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. September 19, 2025Wakefield Glen is a nice place to live and we really enjoy it. It is nice and comfortable with large windows that let in a lot of natural light. And it has large bedrooms and closets. There isn't any unnecessary noise to disturb other tenants here. September 10, 2025Been here 3 years and have had an ongoing mice problem. All they do is place glue traps everywhere instead of determining where the entry point is. I’ve found or killed 8 mice since living here. They raise rent and garage fees but continue to have a below average complex they over charge for. September 2, 2025Wakefield Glen continues to be an amazing life experience. I’ve been here ten years now, and I’ve never had an issue that they haven’t responded to and resolved. I would recommend Wakefield Glen to everyone. I have issues with the rent, only because I’m retired. Maybe there’s something cheaper out there, but I don’t think it would be low enough to make me move. Continue being the great service you are, I’ll see again next year.Property Manager Responded

August 31, 2025Positive: Spacious apartment with a great view of the trees for certain apartments. Most residents are pleasant. Some of the staff are very nice and you can interact with easily. Maintenance personnel are quick to respond. Thing to fix: Install sound dampeners between floors. Residences can easily hear the amplified sounds of upstairs neighbors’ normal footsteps on carpeting. Property owners are not accessible if there is an issue with management personnel. Apparently, this is a well known ...issue.Property Manager Responded
