Car Breakins & Theft
August 21, 2024One thing they dont tell you when you move in. There have been many car breakins and car theft for the past few years I have been here. More than I can count. There are no cameras in the parking areas. The security guard is useless. The gates are always open for anyone to come in. I told all my neighbors to move out.Review from Apartments.com

Cons
September 19, 2019There are hella roaches in the apartment in the breezeway. There is bird poop everywhere from the neighborhood birds walking a pooping in the breezeways aswelll . The gate always broke entrance and exit . The trash always over flowing. The pool was open for 3 weeks and the patrolled it more than doing something important like the extra car following me through the gate without a access card . My car had been broken and parked for a few weeks they tried to tow it even tho my name is on the lease ...and the car was a registered vehicle Pros - no crime that I’m aware of . worst management office i ever dealt with, horrible service for potential tents!
July 30, 2019The most unprofessional leasing office, esp Fridrica, all nice during the tour, but once we paid our application fee, things went down. we literally chased her with calls and emails for 3 WEEKS, would never reply on emails or call us back, she eventually called and emailed us 5 days before our move in date !! imagine how she would treat us when we need things from her, maintenance …etc! decided not to move thanks god!Review from Apartments.com

January 6, 2019The woman at the front desk have you write a fake review to make it seem like this is the best place to live. The rent is extremely high, and these apartments are roach infested!!!!! And don’t try to complain about the problem, they will NOT FIX IT. The other day I went inside the office to fax important paperwork and the lady in the front completely blew me off! Rest assured any maintenance issues that arise are handled immediately by Dameon and his team. We recently got a new Property Manager Sheila and Assistant Manager Mercedes who are awesome and there to resolve any concerns. I would recommend Walden Brook as your new home. Great Place to Live!
August 15, 2017New resident and it has been a wonderful experience. I live in a two bed two bath and I have no complaints. The office staff are wonderful to deal with. They remembered who I was and my name only after one meeting. The area is quiet, clean and the neighbors are friendly and it has great amenities. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
