May 3, 2019Resident for 17 years. Totally enjoyed living here. Close to multiple Metrobus routes. A couple miles from a couple Metrorail stations. Drug stores, grocery stores nearby. Building is well-maintained. Helpful office staff. Incredibly helpful maintenance staff.Property Manager Responded

This is a good community building
November 7, 2018It has a good administration starting with a friendly and respectful manager and excellent maintenance service team which keeps the building facilities clean and safe.
