My boyfriend and I moved in 3 years ago and we couldn’t pick a better place! The staff are so kind helpful and just great! Tracy and amber are just angles and they help you as much as they can.with anything! They have game nights and movie nights. They have Giveaways and my favorites taco Tuesday and ice cream day with few ice cream!! On appreciation week! We picked the best place you would love it!

From the trash man that says “welcome home” every night he sees us to the special events the office puts on each month, it’s just such a welcoming community that makes me love where I live. There is so much to write about this beautiful place. I lived there for 3 years in a same apartment just opposite tennis court. What a lovely view. These apartments are one of the best as compared to other apartments in Evans/Augusta. You get best of the services from the staff if anything break down in the apartment, whether it's plumbing, AC, electricity etc..

The place is great until something breaks. Then you see how much these people really care about you. In the space of one year, we had to go almost two months of summer without AC, and have two sewage backups with no cleaning help. Good luck.

DO NOT recommend. They are very poorly managed. Never seem to have their act together. There's dog poop everywhereeeeee. The young girl up front is always rude. The head manager never seems like she's doing anything. The blonde one is the only nice one. Maintenance guys aren't too great. I think there's one that seems to know what he's doing. But at least they're a whole lot nicer. No one ever seems to be working. They will lie to you about everything and really not do anything for you. The ...
complex is so gross. They never clean! The model they showed us was ten times nicer than our unit. They said our unit was "renovated". That was a big fat lie. Carpet is super gross. I DO NOT recommend this place. I've lived in several apartments and this one is one of the worst. Only pro is that it's moderately priced.

Love this area! You're in a safe, quiet environment, while having the luxury of being near everything you could possibly want. While also having amenities in the community like a pool, work out center, business station, car wash, and a garage for your car if preferred. The people who run this particular complex are always out to help and be there for you when you need them. You won't regret your decision moving into Walden Glen!

Walden Glen is not just an apartment complex, it is a community within the quickly expanding Evans GA. The apartments are spacious for the price and well maintained. In my complex new carpet has been installed bi-yearly. A full-size fridge and oven with stove top are provided in each suite along with a microwave, dishwasher, and sink disposal. A washer and dryer can be installed upon request for a small additional cost. a small contingent of maintenance workers are on duty every weekday. they ...
maintain all equipment and take out the trash daily on the weekdays. I have never had an issue with any equipment in my apartment that was not resolved in less than a hour.
Pest control is fantastic. I can't recall ever seeing a bug in my apartment. Fire safety is a major priority and Walden Glen provides monthly inspections of all fire alarms (usually during work hours).
The apartment staff provide events to help at to the feeling of a neighborhood rather than an apartment complex. The location is popular with families because of the close proximity to the middle and high school which are within walking distance of the apartments but have bus pickup as well. There are tennis courts, a putting and chipping green, pool, dog park, and basketball court on site that many of the children enjoy playing on.
One of the nicest things about the location is how safe it feels. You can often see families and children out late enjoying themselves. I have had some noise issues due to the close proximity of the apartments to Belair road, but none from my surrounding neighbors.
I don't have any children, but I love the location as it provides multiple road choices for quick travel to my work sight south of downtown Augusta. it rarely takes me more than 10 minutes to get to work. There are multiple shopping centers a short drive away with attractions the like of restaurants, gyms, movie theaters, grocery and convenience stores, athletic outfitters, Home Depot, and bars. There is a hospital right down the road and many health care providers a short distance away.
In summary Walden Glen seems to have everything one could need in Evans. I enjoy the space and comfort for the low price compared to other locations closer to Augusta. I was glad to drive a little farther to save the extra money and get a larger room. This location is so safe and comfortable I have already signed on for another year of renting. Walden Glen really is the place to be in Evans.
