    The office Manager Cassie is attentive and respectful. I have lived at this property since 2017 and anytime I have come to the office to talk to Cassie or call her for any reason she always is polite and respectful. There are times that she has called me just to check on myself and my sons. When I had/have an issue Cassie is quick to resolve it also she is very upfront with me about good, bad or indifferent news. I have enjoyed her as my leasing Office Manager. I know her job is NOT easy and ...

The folks at Walden Ridge (especially Jessica whom I spoke with most frequently) were extremely helpful and put up with my thousands of questions. The one maintenance request I put in (bathroom vent fan wasn't working) was fixed the next day - no questions. They provide pest control each week - you just have to sign up ahead of time. The grounds are very well-maintained, and the complex is filled with lots of hard wood trees, shade, etc. I'm very happy here thus far and hope to stay here for quite a while.
