August 29, 2025The rent keeps going up and there are no new amenities to justify it. Not just rent, but other little small fees that make no sense. The community is mostly quiet, but you are paying for it in an area that is not improving nor the facilities. Power outages, water shutoffs and other things that get fixed, however it is more frequent.Property Manager Responded

June 5, 2025My move-in experience was frustrating, largely due to the leasing office. The application process was more complicated than it needed to be, and day-to-day communication hasn't been much easier. On the upside, the corporate office was helpful when I finally got through to them, but getting in touch was a real challenge.Property Manager Responded

June 4, 2025Zero security whatsoever. Management will tell you there is nothing that can be done despite having several cameras on property. Besides that expect having several nights disturbed by loud music & residents at the pool every time they close the office, since there is zero security it goes on until late. We believe previous reviews were faked by staff in order to keep 4 star rating.Property Manager Responded
