December 7, 2024So far my stay at Allora Wallace Park has been positive and with peace for me and my brother.Though we are not those that complain about everytging that goes on around is in tge comunity, we do value are safety and our neighbors very thankful of no issues that we are not aware of.People could respect the garbage area better it looks nasty when garbage is piled up out side the trash compactor.Review from Apartments.com

November 24, 2024Hallway is very nasty and dirty. This building is barely two years old but looks twenty. Trash dumpster is disgusting. Sometimes will run over.Property Manager Responded

November 2, 2024Experience has been okay as a resident. Not too satisfied. Parking could be way better as there aren’t enough parking spaces. Apartments are just okay. Management is meh as I do not enjoy going to the leasing office at all. Don’t think that I will be renewing my lease at all.Property Manager Responded

October 5, 2024I wouldn’t recommend them, if you are looking for a good community or one that takes the time to get to know their residents and is welcoming this is not it. Lived there for a long time and front desk said they never met me but I been more than a couple of times…they never answer their emails or calls. If you need a place to stay and that’s it, this would be it. Good apartment space and nice kitchen. Not the safest at night even if they have placed security. strict rules about parking even tho ...it’s not at capacity cuz no one moves in. It’s Mostly quiet place and everyone stays to themselves. It’s not very welcoming, even maintenance driving around doesn’t say hi or wave to greet like at other places we stayed at. Only amenities are pool and gym really.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 31, 2024I regret moving into this apartment complex. The area is plagued with constant crime, and it feels like there’s always a police presence. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep with all the disturbances. Safety is a major concern here, and despite multiple complaints, management hasn’t taken effective measures to address the issues. I would strongly advise against moving here if you value your peace of mind and personal safety.Review from Apartments.com
