July 5, 2025My time there was terrible. The place is infested with cockroaches. I saw at least 10 a day. They’d crawl on my feet when I went in the kitchen. Of course I had rodents too! The maintenance man would show up at my apartment late at night drunk. It was absolutely terrifying. Since leaving, they’ve refused to return my deposit or answer any of my correspondence. I actually won my civil court case to get my deposit back, but they still refuse! It seems they think they need it more than this single ...mom they’re stealing from. December 28, 2023Truely affordable. We got good space for the price. $50 flat rate electric. The balkany was awesome. Location was sweet. I recommend EG's foodbase. $4 sandwiches. A Hidden Gem
February 23, 2023Wallingford Estates is a hidden gem. While location, location, location is certainly working in its favor, it's people, people, people who make the winning difference. From the first call to inquire about available units to needing help with this and that since moving in, their responsiveness has been nothing short of stellar. They make you feel appreciated and part of a community straight away. A few things that stand out in particular in my apartment are really nice carpet, a new kitchen ...counter, and new garbage disposal. It's obvious that they don't just want "good enough" but quality that adds value. They also keep the grounds outside very tidy. The park that's next door is very large and has accommodations for various sports like basketball, tennis, etc. as well as a trail for walking and running along side a Ridley Creek. This has been a huge plus for me. Add to all of this that it's close to -- but well out of sound range of -- I-95 and I-475 and everything from King of Prussia to Philadelphia to Wilmington is just minutes away. The actual apartment isn't bad, but between the noise from neighbors, the nails and broken glass in the parking lot (I've had to repair or replace my tires 3 times in the last 5 months), and the staff that ignores your calls, it's just not worth it.Review from Apartments.com

Nice and convenient
September 2, 2015Great location near transportation center ( trains, buses etc. ) three near by shopping centers which is very convenient. Property is well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient and safe ( well lit ). Area has a lot of shady trees with birds and squirrels. Trash is picked up daily and police patrol often to protect the property. Oh and the big plus utilities are free!!Review from Apartments.com

It was ok at first...
August 29, 2015Been living here for almost 4 years. It was alright the first couple of years. I've had leaks in my apt. where maintenance does only quick fixes. Mold problem that has never been resolved. The laundry rooms are disgusting. And leasing office management is a nightmare to deal with as she is never in the office and has a horrible attitude when you need things done. You can never get in contact with the owners to resolve issues properly. If you want a place to go and save money so you can get a ...better place then that is the best thing to do because all utilities are included in the rent.
