I've lived at walnut ridge for 3 months now. The office staff is so nice and extremely helpful. No matter my issue they are always willing to listen and help me. My favorite part is the calm and relaxing pool! (So sad summer is over) I do absolutely love walking my dog and taking him to the cute dog park. I highly recommend these apartments

I lived there from summer 2018 until a month ago. The only reason I moved was because me and my wife bought a home. With that being said if we had not we still would be living there. There isn't much bad things I can say that wouldn't be considered nitpicking but there are many good things I can say. Their maintenance group was so great and never needed to fix the same thing twice. And they were so timely too. Never did I have to wait long even if the repair was minor. Pest control came out a lot ...
and never once did we have any bugs in our apartment. I love that I could always contact the front office, an issue I've had with 3 other apartments I lived at. The price I felt was great. Prices everywhere have and will continue to go up but even then I always found myself paying much less compared to my peers and their apartments weren't even that much better if even. And the cherry on top, I actually got my deposit back! After 3 different apartments I didn't even think that was possible. Yes this apartment isn't perfect. I don't think such apartments exist but if you ever consider this place I would strongly encourage you to pick this place.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and A+ communication. Any maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. Grounds are kept up nicely. New security systems put in and adds to the comfort of my safety.

I have had nothing but a great experience since living here. Everyone from the office staff to the maintenance team had been beyond friendly! The school is extremely close. My issues are always resolved in a timely matter. I feel at home here and I would definitely recommend this complex to others! They are very family oriented here and makes sure the residents feel appreciated, so if you’re looking, look no more! Welcome home!

Being new to the state, the management team of Kim and Erin made me feel at home. If I ever needed something they were right there to help. Additionally through out the year I saw multiple improvements. One the greatest was the digital front. I never had to use my keys at the facility anymore. They have smart locks and apps for the gates. Highly recommend if you are looking for a spot un the middle of the DFW area.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and I have not had any big issues. Management is always nice and maintenance are fast at fixing any issues. Honestly I love living here but I will be moving soon because I need a bigger apartment and the ones here are a little out of my price range. I would definitely recommend moving into this complex. At night its fairly quiet and it is well lit so you feel safe. I have never been to the pool because I have a fear of downing but it looks really nice and ...

The complex has been doing a lot of updates over the last 2 years and the grounds itself are well taken care of. I don't own any pets but they do have doggy areas with trash cans and bags, they also have built in grills around the complex as well.

They've raised my rent 3 times, construction/ updating on the apartments is ongoing and the fact that the demo they showed me doesn't match the one they give you. But I love the location and could stay here the rest of my life. I support my son and he's had bad luck in life but he's my life. Plus I wasn't there for him as a child so I'm here now in his time of need. So I am doing this because it would be a dream come ...
