Lived here for a only a year because of roaches!
August 23, 2016This apartment community is beautiful and well taken care of. The staff is excellent and maintenance responds promptly to service calls. However, this complex has a bad infestation throughout its buildings. In the 3000 building there is a bad German roach infestation. In the 1000 building a bad stink bug problem and the building near the trash compactor there are reportings of a maggot infestation. Whatever pest control company this complex uses is a waste of time. If my apartment didn't have the ...bug problem I would've renewed my lease.
