Not Bad but not Good
February 11, 2021The apartments are nice inside. Good lighting, decent appliances, lots of space. The storage in the kitchen is nonexistent. I've had a leak in my room since I moved in 7 months ago that I've requested to get fixed multiple times. And the building is located DIRECTLY behind GVO Club which is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It is VERY loud and rattles the windows. The local noise ordinance doesn't require them to turn the volume down until 2am. On top of this I found ...9mm bullet shell casings in the street outside our building.
