If you want to get screwed then move into this building! The manager Monica does nothing by the book. I moved out of this place because after a year they increase rent to 300 ! Might look like a good deal for how big the place is but after a year they won't keep that rate! They did it myself as well as three other tenants! No loyalty. When I moved out we did a walk through. There were minimal damages. Two months later I get a check list of 2500 in damage! How is that even possible. I even ...

cleaned the unit. They will charge you to replace the terrible carpet they have.. which is not 1600 dollars. Then the painting is 840! Hahah they even charged me to clean blinds.. 3 hours apparently it took to clean 3 blind sets.. oh they pay cleaners to clean blinds 25/hour! Jeeze. I think I need a job in blind cleaning! Just be careful. She had no compassion and they scam everyone that lives there! Ask the tenants if they are happy after living there for 6 months! No one I spoke to was!

My sister and I moved in a few months ago and so far have had a great experience with this building. I'd like to give it 5 stars for the spacious layout and convenient location. My only complaint would be the trash room which sometimes overflows and it takes a while for them to clean it up. Overall great place to live!
