Gone to the dumps! Washburn Tower Apartments used to be a wonderful place for senior citizens to live. Tenants had access to the The facility amenities such as the pool, whenever they wanted. However many of these rights have been stripped away from all the tenants since the new manager Lena has taken over. The pool is no longer open to the tenants there at Washburn towers, except for limited time during the week I believe one day a week to be exact. This is due to Lena closing down the pool for
...Washburn tenants And allowing outside paying organizations to rent the pool for various water aerobic activities. Washburn Tower tenants are only allowed to use the pool one day a week. This also applies to tenant parking there at Washburn towers. Whenever there is an event in Ottawa Kansas Lena takes it upon herself to rent out the tenant parking lot to outside paying individuals so that our seniors are unable to park in their spots and be close to the entrance of their homes. Lena has been orchestrating these types of shady back Ali deals since she has arrived there at Washburn towers. It seems that if anyone even tries to make a complaint to the owner they are then evicted. Where is the check and balance system guys. I’m sure there is so much more going on!
