New management ruined it
September 25, 2023Under Harborview there has been a drastic change in both treatment of tenants and the clientele. It used to be a peaceful set of apartments with nice people, however the new ownership raised the rent, brought in a wealth of extra charges and drove most people away. My rent has gone up 72% in 12 months. There has been a mass exodus of tenants over the last 12 months. These apartments are now something akin to Paterson. Loud music, barking dogs and street racer type cars with loud exhausts. I ...have seen Washington Township Police respond here more times in the past 12 months than ever. If you want peace and quiet here forget it and the new type of tenant seem to be trouble. There is a massive bug problem. Hornets/wasps and stink bugs constantly enter the apartments now under the ownership. The leasing office is disorganized and communication is poor. I have had lawyers onto them before for raising the rent without notice. This used to be a nice place, not anymore and I would seriously reconsider moving here.Property Manager Responded

Nice location
July 6, 2023I did a tour and found the agent very nice and knowledgeable. The apartments are a little out dated but very clean. I would be interested if they had more available with newer appliances.Property Manager Responded
