Been here since February so far so good. Small things to tweek in my unit upon moving in but maintenance was prompt. Hallways need painting and thorough cleaning of stair treads but area is quiet and parking is wonderful.

problems with AC/heat system. Poor maintenance, old appliances and not working good.
