October 1, 2025Beautiful building close to downtown Appleton area! Convenient yet also peaceful. Management and maintenance are awesome—they always respond quickly and answer any questions you have! Everything is handled in a very prompt manner—whenever I had maintenance requests they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Sarah, the property manager, is very communicative and available to answer any tenant questions.Review from Apartments.com
