Beautiful building close to downtown Appleton area! Convenient yet also peaceful. Management and maintenance are awesome—they always respond quickly and answer any questions you have! Everything is handled in a very prompt manner—whenever I had maintenance requests they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Sarah, the property manager, is very communicative and available to answer any tenant questions.
