Best Decision Ever
November 18, 2024I am so lucky to have this apartment! The accommodations are truly great - in-house washer and dryer, tons of storage space, dishwasher, etc. The building is clean and quiet. The parking lot is usually not filled which is great that I can always find a spot. The security/doorbell system is very high-tech and I always feel safe. Tonya was my agent and she has remained involved in my life after the moving process. She is so helpful and hilarious! I am so happy to have met her and I always feel ...like I am in good hands whenever I need help with something! New but good!
July 30, 2024I've only been living at Washington Square now for a couple weeks but it's been great. Maintenance has been responsive to all of our needs so far for any issues we've come upon. Our leasing agent Tonya was amazing in answering any of our questions and always in a timely manner too. She was very friendly when initially showing us the unit and has continued to be even once we were moved in and her part in our move was technically done. The unit itself is perfect for me and my partner. There is ...plenty of storage for the 2 of us with additional on site storage spaces. There's plenty of parking for anyone living there and guests.
